Approval of Your Listing:
For your submission to be approved, your adventure company has to meet all of the following requirements.

Viewing Your Listing Upon Approval:
After your listing has been approved within the 24 hrs of your submission, you will be able to view the listing by searching using the "Quick Adventure Search" located on the top left portion of the TropicalAdventure.com Website. You can search by Destination or Activity. Once you have selected the search option you will be brought to the page with all the outfitters in the search criterion. Depending on the amount of outfitters listed, your listing may or may not be on the first page of the search results. The search results are retrieved in random order and not in the order of submission so that all outfitters has a equal opportunity to be viewed by adventure seekers. TropicalAdventure.com will NOT be held reliable for any misinformation posted on the TropicalAdventure.com web site that was provided by the outfitter.

Earth Friendly and/or Christian Organizations:
If you are an Environmentally Conscious and/or a Christian Organization and have selected either of these classifications on the form, you will have to provide to us proof that your organization is Environmentally Conscious or a Christian Organization. You can either send us your company brochure via fax (954-525-5057) or mail (819 SW 14th Street, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33315) or send us your Website link showing us where you testify to your involvement in either or any Recognitions you may have. If you are a Christian Organization, please also provide us with your statement of faith. We will NOT list you under either of these classifications unless you provide the above requirements.
